Evangelist is a doctoral student in social work and sociology at the U-M. He is interested in applying quantitative methods to study the effect of social welfare policies and neighborhoods on employment and other life outcomes. Evangelistis a former Peace Corps volunteer and a graduate of the U-MFord School of Public Policy.
